Community Impact Evaluation

Multi-Partner Trauma-Informed Services Initiative | Federally Funded (SAMHSA)


Served as independent third-party evaluator for a $1M+ SAMHSA-funded trauma-informed services program serving 900+ unduplicated individuals across five partner organizations. Conducted Year 4 evaluation including mixed-methods outcome analysis, stakeholder interview synthesis, community-facing infographic, and leadership presentation — delivered within a one-month engagement.


Documented outcomes: 93% reduction in depression symptoms (PHQ-9) · 67% lower re-arrest rate versus county average · 100% grade advancement for youth participants


Findings equipped county leadership to advocate for program continuation and protect $1M+ in federally-funded community services.

Health Equity Research & Policy Brief

Racial Discrimination and Access to Care in Colorado | Colorado Health Institute


Served as lead author on a statewide policy brief examining racial discrimination as a barrier to healthcare access, produced through the Colorado Health Access Survey (CHAS). Translated complex quantitative data into policy-relevant findings distributed to legislators, health systems, and community organizations across Colorado.

Program Evaluation & Federal Grant Compliance

State Opioid Response Grant | Colorado Office of Behavioral Health (via The Evaluation Center, University of Colorado Denver)


Contributed to multi-year program evaluation of a federally-funded State Opioid Response (SOR) grant, designing and executing stakeholder analysis, surveillance data collection, and data quality assurance. Managed evaluation databases across REDCap, SPARS, and Salesforce to support federal performance reporting aligned with CDC evaluation frameworks.
